Essential Oil Class with Dawn & Christine Monday evenings 6.45pm
Mom-to-Mom with Christine Tapert & Dawn Behm 6.30pm Wed evenings Feb - April.
  Nicole Pitts - ForeverFit with Nic Pitts classes 8.00am, 9.30am Tuesday & Thursdays contact her for a spot.  LIIGT, Low intensity workout 1pm Thursdays.  Also one on one Personal Training sessions.
Michele Whittington - available for Hypnotherapy sessions Thursdays at the Studio: please email for an appointment

Alfons & Ulrike - Tai Chi: Sunday mornings 9-10.00am Beginner Tai Chi class. 10.30-11.30am Intermediate Tai Chi class 

 Martina Crowe Hewett - Tribal Fusion Bellydance, Tuesday evenings  Beginners 7-8pm, Intermediate 8-9pm

Saturday March 14th at 11am Singing Bowl Meditation  - due to COVID-19 cancelled. Will be rescheduled late April.
Natural Movement with Kyle Koch Tues eves 4.30-6.30pm and Thursday evenings 5 -7pm

 Friday March 27th 6.30-8.30pm  Last Friday of the month Ladies Night & 5 year Celebration - postponed for March, shifted to last Friday in April.
