  Nicole Pitts - ForeverFit with Nic Pitts classes 8.00am, 9.00am & 10.00am Tuesday and Thursdays contact her for a spot. 8.00am classes already full. Spots available are 9 & 10.00am
Michele Whittington - available for Hypnotherapy sessions Thursdays at the Studio: please email for an appointment

Alfons & Ulrike - Tai Chi: Sunday mornings 9-10.00am Beginner Tai Chi class. 10-11am Intermediate Tai Chi class* needs to have taken the beginner class with Alfons & Ulrike. 

  Weds Crafting Afternoons 1-3pm - bring a project or make something here. Tea & sharing stories.
